The dual pour spout offers two different styles of pint from the same product. By turning the spout tap upward the beer will dispense as a smoother pint with a creamy white head that lasts throughout, a style traditionally favoured in the north.
For the ‘southern’ pour turn the spout tap forward to get a light, livelier pint with a slowly dissipating, loose bubbly head. |
