The ice is a visual effect, and designed not to affect beer temperatures. Specially designed drip trays collect and drain away any surplus water. The fonts themselves have flooded chambers through which Glycol is pumped at a low temperature. An under bar Glycol chilling unit is required to achieve ice growth. Connection to a cold water python is required for condensation.
All the fonts in this section can be used to grow either ice or to create condensation, the difference simply being the temperature of the liquid passing through the font body. |
