DDg Headline At O2 Dublin

The fully branded heads, dispensing Carlsberg and Guinness, were ready for the opening on the 16th December for the Childline charity event. The first big concert event, Kings of Leon, was on the 19th December where the units easily dispensed volumes of beer well in excess of the venues projections whilst the concert rocked.

‘Fast Flow beer was an integral part of our plans for the new arena, and we are very happy with the performance of the ExacTap system. From ease of use for staff, to speed and quality of the pour, the system has excelled and has played a crucial part in the reduction of transaction times, and hence queuing times for patrons.‘ Conor Merry, Retail Manager for Venue Operator, Live Nation Ireland

Drinks Dispense Group (DDG) are excited to announce the successful installation of over 100 ExacTap ‘speed dispense’ units into The O2, Dublin ‘Europe’s largest purpose built live music venue’, with a capacity of up to 14,000 patrons.

A combination of single and dual head units were installed into bars on all three floors using the venue’s specified brand-new cellar cooling facilities.

“The O2 is a stunning venue; we are delighted to have been involved in the project and very proud of the continuing excellent volume results being achieved,” commented Clive Pedwell, Business Development Director at DDG.

What A Brainy Idea

DDg were delighted to have been chosen to design & manufacture a striking modular font design for SA Brain & co.

In a decision towards ‘clutter reduction’ on the bar, this stunning yet versatile font is an ideal dispense solution.

The font can be an individual ‘stand alone’ unit or banked together to a limitless number using the unique connecting pieces. This allows for a varied configuration of brands that can be changed retrospectively without the need to disconnect the fonts already in situ.

Gloucester Rugby & Quickbar

Gloucester Rugby in partnership with Quickbar Ltd and DDg are going mobile with their fastpour trailer bars. Robert Mewes of Quickbar Ltd is taking the successful mobile bars to other events such as Silverstone Grand Prix and Brand Hatch race meetings. Quickbar will be offering a hire service where clients will have access to a series of ExacTap systems for one off or season long events. To find out more, contact our sales team who will happily put you in touch with Quickbar Ltd.

Twice As Nice

Two new additions to DDg’s continental range of fonts from Vin Service, Italy, are the Shield and the Super Sexy.

The Super Sexy is a development of the Sexy font adding extra curves through the new branding panel. Responding to demand for clear and prominent branding, the Super Sexy does so with style. With one or two out capability, the font is available in gold or chrome, with or without illumination, ice or condensation and all this with the option of a two-tone finish.

The Shield is a fresh new font, again with a large branding area, which is every bit the brand protector it intends to be. It stands firm from its base and curves gently at the top. Offering illumination, condensation and ice formation options this font is an eye-catcher and is available in one - three out in gold or chrome.
