EXACTAP: THE WORLD'S FASTEST DRINKS DISPENSE SYSTEM

DDg is proud to introduce ExacTap – the world’s fastest drinks dispense system. Created by Niagara Technologies, USA, and distributed in the UK and Ireland by Drinks Dispense Group, ExacTap is a revolutionary new unit, designed for rapid pour high volume dispense.

The system was created to target sports stadiums and other high capacity venues. Its rapid delivery technology is the perfect solution for half time service at sports games when demand is at a peak and serving speed is crucial. With a potential dispense speed of 2.5 seconds per pint, ExacTap ensures maximum profit through fast moving, high volume sales of lager, cider or even smooth. Recent trials have shown that ExacTap, dispensing at full capacity, can empty an eleven-gallon keg in well under 7 minutes!

The new dual spout version can even pour 2 pints in 3 seconds, an average of just 1.5 seconds per pint and faster than any MDU currently available!

The rapid dispense system is available in two configurations; as a free standing mobile unit with an integral ice bank cooler, ideal for outdoor use, or as a counter mounted dispense head running from the on-site cellar.

Serving volumes are pre-programmable so to pour you need only select the required measure, whether it be a half pint, full pint, 4 pint pitcher or any other measure that has been pre-set. The total head control function allows you to select a larger or smaller head according to preference. Dispense begins when the spout is gently pushed against the wall of the glass, this activates the solenoid which pours a timed delivery of beer. The pre-programmed volumes minimise wastage whilst ensuring perfect presentation of the beer.

ExacTap is simple to operate and very user-friendly; inexperienced staff can be quickly and easily trained to pour the perfect pint every time, even at speed. Fob detectors can be used to ensure smooth keg changeovers and minimal wastage. The benefits do not stop there; the tap head is crammed with technology, keeping a full inventory of dispensed sizes and volumes and temperature / pressure measurements.

With ExacTap seeing is believing. DDg have been conducting trials and at several high demand venues throughout the UK to irrefutably demonstrate the speed and performance of this amazing unit. Recent installations at Sheffield United FC have achieved great success; at their first match on 4th August, ExacTap was dispensing lager in less than 3 seconds a pint (from ambient kegs) at 1.5°C in glass whilst smooth beer was being served at a very acceptable 5°C.
